COB LED Display with Stable Performance and for Various Indoor and Outdoor Applications
COB (Chip On Bord) is a multi-bead integrated stentless packaging technology, which is a new packaging method of SMD surface packaging technology. The specific packaging is to cover the silicon placement point with thermal conductive epoxy resin on the surface of the substrate, and then place the silicon directly on the surface of the substrate, and heat treatment until the silicon is firmly fixed on the substrate. Then the electrical connection is directly established between the silicon wafer and the substrate by wire welding method, which has higher production efficiency and fine display.

Advantages of COB LED Display
1. Pack closely

Appilication of COB LED Display
